Delhi has been a Centre of attraction for tourists and kings from a long time. When Delhi was chosen as the capital of India, It was done only because of the reason that this lies at the Centre most of India and had good resources. So from a long long time Delhi has been chosen as the capital for India(representation for india). Many kings have built famous monuments here because being the capital it gained a lot of tourist attraction. therefore its known as a city of monuments.
