Answer :

This question is from the book 'The Story Of My Life' by Helen Keller.

Miss Sullivan always tried to teach Helen in the lap of nature. One day she took Helen for a long walk as the weather was really fine. While returning home, they stopped to rest under a small Cherry tree. The tree was short and easy to climb. Both of them climbed up the tree and decided to have lunch there. So, Miss Sullivan went to fetch some food from the house, which was not very far off.

Helen was waiting for her to return when she noticed a sudden change in the weather. A strong and violent wind began to blow and there were all signs of an approaching thunderstorm. Helen was really scared as she was not only alone but also above the ground on a tree branch. She was totally helpless as she could not get down without somebody's help. She was almost about to fall, when Miss Sullivan rescued her.

This incident left a deep impression on young Helen's mind and she learnt the important lesson that nature is not always kind.
