The conflict that the poet faces is to choose one of the two, roads and whether his decision would be the right one.
One road is less trodden, adventurous and full of challenges, while the other road is more trodden upon.It is a beaten track which is easy and without any difficulties.
Also, he felt like travelling both the roads as he was not sure about the outcome of his choice.

I hope this helps.....

The narrator had two choices to make, he had to choose a path that was used by people the most or the path that wanted wear i.e, it was not used by many people. Here he talks about the decisions he had to make in life, one was the choice made the most by the population or the choice that majority would not choose, which made it harder for the narrator to choose his path.
