soso we know that there there was only two level of government in the state that was the Loksabha and rajyasabha and there was very necessary to make another level of government in the states and that was done by the constitution by the help of the lok sabha and rajya sabha members in a meeting and the members of the lok sabha were in majority and the members of the rajya sabha were in minority so that is why the the the recommendation of the lok sabha people was more than the talks of the rajya sabha people in the government so that is why there was where there was a need of another level of government in the state that is due to the minority and majority in the people of the Loksabha and rajyasabha because because there was very much differences in the lok sabha and rajya sabha people that is why there was necessary a need to have another level of government in the state thank you so much and please mark this question as the brainliest
