Rat hunt started in Vietnam because when the French started making Vietnam a developed city they started it with Hanoi. When the sewer are set in Hanoi they gave the way to rat to move in city freely without dangers and their numbers increases day by day and plague starts spreading and to prevent from plague they started giving money to locals for hunt a rat. They showed their tails as a proof.
