Sirajuddaula was easily defeated by Robert Clive as Robert Clive managed to bribe one of Sirajuddaula's army general, Mir Jafar. Robert Clive promised to make Mir Jafar the Nawab if the British won the battle.
On the British side were The British army and Sirajuddaula's army as well. on the other side were Sirajuddaula and two others. It is considered that the war was never fought as on one side were more than 30,000 soldiers and on the other were just 3.
