Because apartheid was a system based on racial discrimination. The blacks were segregated from entering into the places where whites lived and where whites go. The blacks donot have the right to vote. The blacks can't travel with the whites in bus equally. All the places were separate for blacks and the whites. They can't even enter the church where the whites worshipped.So apartheid in South Africa was most inhaunance system in world.
