It was a difficult task because:
1.) The makers had to look after that everyone should get equal rights and opportunities.
2.) They also have to take care of the weaker sections of the society.
3.) They were to remove the social evils.
4.) Everyone should be employed on the basis of their qualifications and ability.
5.) No one should look down at anyone else.
