right to property was withdrawn from the list of the fundamental rights and has since been made a legal right. Article 21 A added as a new article by Constitution(86 th amendment)act 2002 provides for free and compulsory education for all children between the age of 6 to 14 years . as such ,the Indian Constitution now guarantees seven fundamental rights to the citizen of India
