why was the 'Right to property 'remove from the list of the fundamental Rights by the 44 amendment Act of the constitution in the years 1976?

right to property was withdrawn from the list of the fundamental rights and has since been made a legal right. Article 21 A added as a new article by Constitution(86 th amendment)act 2002 provides for free and compulsory education for all children between the age of 6 to 14 years . as such ,the Indian Constitution now guarantees seven fundamental rights to the citizen of India
