Why water ang glycerol is more visvous than chloroform?

The glycerine is more viscous than water because due to presence of hydrogen atoms , we all know thatglycerine has more hydrogen bondingthan water molecule , which makes an aggregation which means thatglycerine is more viscous than water , in simple words glycerine can't flow as that of water molecule.
