the air around us contains water in the gaseous state that is water vapour . When it comes with contact with the cool surface of the bottle , the water vapour in gaseous state condenses to form liquid water which is obseved on the surface of the bottle containing ice.
water never comes out of the water bottle , it is the water vapour present in air which condenses when comes in contact with bottle.
