Why we are not able to see the complete rainbow at all the places?

because it is not necessary that total dispersion of light occurs ,i.e., formation of the seven band of colours (VIBGYOR) so we are not able to see the complete rainbow and as well there are many other contributing factors. Hope,this answer helps you.

At the some places, light do not reflect completely through the raindrop and also light can't enter it...


Hence, if we are standing out at that place, we will not be able to see the rainbow from that place - because of above reason.
