We call judiciary as independent because here there is no force of higher authority on judges which enables them to make decisions without any pressure or threat

Coz it doesnt works under legislature and executive .....there is a long procejure to remove any judge from judiciary and no any judge is removed yet it India before his or her tailor ......its a fact.....the judges are elected by president and council of minister on the recommendation of 4 seniuor judges and CJI....and even after retirement any judge cannot become government official...thats why it is independent
