Coz it doesnt works under legislature and executive .....there is a long procejure to remove any judge from judiciary and no any judge is removed yet it India before his or her tailor ......its a fact.....the judges are elected by president and council of minister on the recommendation of 4 seniuor judges and CJI....and even after retirement any judge cannot become government official...thats why it is independent
