Why we can able to see son if it can not rise?

because of the refraction before sunrise ( 5 minutes) before only we can see the sun

Technically, we can't. Sunriseis defined as the moment that the Sun first appears over the horizon. So, by definition, you can't see the Sun before it appears. But you're right thatwe can see the Sun even when it is *geometrically* just below the horizon, at bothsunrise and sunset
