why we can't digest seeds

Because seed have thick covering of cellulose. Humans can't digest cellulose because of absence of a bacteria

We can't digest seeds because seeds have a thick coat of cellulose, which the Humans can't digest cellulose as long as that coat remain intact we can't digest seeds.
