THIS IS YOUR ANSWER..
WE CANNOT SEE THINGS VERY NEAR OR VLOSE TO OUR EYES BECAUSE THE FOCAL LENGTH OF THE NORMAL PERSON IS 25CM.. AND IF YOU TRY TO BRING THINGS CLOSER TO YOUR EYE YOUR EYE LENS SIZE INCREASES..HENCE YOU CSNNOT SEE THE OBJECTS VERY CLOSELY..

Because as our eyes does not make focus this because when we take the thing close to our eyes our eyes Bend in opposite positions see in the diagram.... and our eyes do not make focus
