This is due to control & coordination of our body.
When we get beaten our brain respond to it by ordering our diencephelon to start crying.
diencephelon : - It is a part in fore brain that controls our emotions.

We cry when someone beat us because when someone beat us our Brain suddenly responds and give signals what to do cry or angry through the Neuron Unit of Nervous Tissue to the body parts to react.
