Why we do not accelerate an electrone in cyclotrone?

For electrons, the mass m changes quickly, so does T. Thus, we can't accelerate electron using cyclotron. But we can use Microtron or Betatron to accelerate electrons(circular orbit). Due to this angular frequency changes and makes the revolution out of phase.so electronscannot be accelerated by cyclotron
