earlier nuclear rockets were made and were launched in the universe.

Due to some reasons like change in climate and rocket explosions, rockets with nuclear energy were stopped launching by NASA into the universe as they were causing a great destruction into the calm nature and surroundings of the universe.

After certain years it is again heard that NASA is planning to send rockets having nuclear energy to get into universe to get to the Mars. NASA is also promised that it is their duty that there will not be any destruction and change in the climate of the the universe due to nuclear energy.
