Why we don't get oxygen inside the water though it has components of oxygen

it is because the oxygen had already combined hydrogen but we need only oxygen separately in gaseous form

Yes , it is true that water has components of oxygen and Hydrogen.. But these are in combined form. Water is a liquid . Humans can't saperate Oxygen gas from liquid water.
