Why we feel our palm being pushed up when we dip open hand in a bucket full of water?

So, it's not just our palm but anything which when pushed against the volume of any liquid (which in our case is water) will experience and upward thrust or force. This force or thrust exerted by liquid is called as Buoyant Force, and phenomenon is known as Buoyancy.
