why we fell cold or hot

winie: During winters the outside temperature is below our blood temperature and so the body tries to maintain the blood temp to 37 degrees so we feel cold. This is actually a signal from the brain that the body is working hard to maintain its temperature so if you get somewarm clothes it would be better.
