The chief quality which helps thejudiciary to faithfully administer justice and to perform its functions efficiently is judicial independence. It is only when the judiciary works independently without any interference of the other two organs of the government that it can carry out its high responsibilities.

it is very important in a democracy that individual judges and the Judiciary as a whole and independent of all external pressure and of each others so that the Earth who appear before them and the wider public and have confidence that their cases will be decided fairly and in accordance with the law.
