why we need to be healthy and fit?

as you are healthy and fit,your mind will concentrate more and more and your understanding and conceptualisation will frequently increased. your metabolism will work rapidly,which help for your stability of mind.

Being fit and healthy is very important for a smooth and healthy life.Being fit will help us to look smart as well as prevent us from disease.To be fit we should eat a balanced diet and should avoid junk food and bad habits like smoking,drinking and drugs as this makes us a victim of diseases.Being healthy will make us active as well as capable to do all works even in old age and also for healthy mind and soul.So we should eat green vegetables and fruits and drinking a lot of water.Also by doing regular exercise and joining jim and joining any sports classes or by doing yoga.Most important always keep on doing something,never left vacant.These were my views.
