why we not use hard water to drink?

Because if we drink hard water than in our stomach the amount of carbon molecule will be increases and it cause many problems such as stomach pain .... etc

Hard water consists of Ca and Mg ions which are required in the body but if we drink haemrd water their levels will rise leading to various problems like nephrolithiasis, also known as kidney stone, gall stone, etc.
