We say that the burning of candle is a chemical change as the products we get after burning the candle i.e CO2, Molten Wax etc. Cannot be used to create candle. In other words, in chemical changes, the changes cannot be reverted.
Glowing of bulb is a change as current is passed through the filament to make the bulb glow. Here, the change can be reverted by cutting of electric supply and the bulb will stop glowing.
