It's very simple :D
Follow the given steps :
1. Open your account on Brainly.in 
2. Type the username whom you want to unblock. 
3. Now click on his / her username to message. 
4. Now select unblock option. 

...You are now able to text that person again...

To block :

• Go to the inbox of the person you wanna block.
• Click more option (three dots) visible on the top left corner.
• Click block!

How to unblock

Brainly app doesn't provide any facilities to unblock.

But you can use site for this purpose.

• Open site (type Brainly login in chrome)
• Type logging details (username and password).
• Click on your profile link visible on the top left corner.
• Click on friends (visible at top left corner)
• Type in the name of user you wanna unblock (better not to make spelling mistakes)
• Go to profile. Click write a message option
• Click unblock !
