Most hydrochloric acid is already diluted to about 31 percent. No matter the strength, the acid still must be diluted before use. Be sure to add the acid to the water. Do not add the water to acid, or it could react and splash, causing damage to your skin or the surrounding surface.

Heya Mate......
To remove soap scum and hard water deposits from a tile wall in a bathroom, mix one part muriatic acid with five parts water. Since muriatic acid is a harsh chemical, mix it outside.
