It was suppressed by the center of 1858. The British Imperialists had the support of most of the Indian princes and chiefs .
The British Empire was certainly very powerful and no existing ideas of viewing India as a ‘nation’ had come up yet.
This lined way for the British to take advantage of the support of many rulers.
The British didn’t have a considerable British native military presence in India, most uprising were put down mostly by other Indians who had been employed into the army.
They obstruct country’s trade routes and suppress them into submission or force indulgence.
