Explanation:

Miss. Bingley and Mrs. Hurst are characters from the novel 'Pride and Prejudice' written by 'Jane Austen'.

Jane did not have high regard towards Miss. Bingley and Mrs. Hurst.

She felt they were arrogant and pompous.

Mrs. Bennett decides to send Jane on a horseback on seeing that it could rain and would enable Jane to stay back.

Elizabeth on seeing the change in climate, walked the entire stretch to see if Jane was doing fine. On reaching Netherfield, Elizabeth finds Jane sick and so she stayed back, to nurse her sister.

Mrs. Hurst and Miss. Bingley did not expect Elizabeth to walk the entire distance and so they were surprised to see her.
