Socialist Were Against Private Property and Saw it as the Root of all Social ills beacause A Single Individual Owned The Property That gave employment and the propertied were concerned only with the Personal Gain and not with the welfare of those who made the property Productivity.

So If Societ As a whole Rather than A single individual owned property then more attention would be Given to Collective Social Interest.Socialist wanted this change and campaigned For it.
