Helen's parents were deeply grieved to find her unable to see or hear again forever. They did not know what to do, but they eagerly wanted to make her normal again and to give her the best education possible.
Then they went to Baltimore to get Helen treated, but in vain. They were very much perplexed ,when they heard of Perkins Institute for the blind in Boston, and sent for Anne Sullivan, Helen's tutor and lifelong friend.
Hope it helps you, my friend.
