Why were the hill people of andhra aggrieved by the colonial rule?

The British government had closed large forest areas and declared them as Reserved forests.The forest people were not allowed to enter into the forest and were prohibited from grazing their cattles.They were prevented from collecting firewoods and fruits.
This enraged the hill people as it affected their livelihood and traditional rights.
