Why were the indian nationalists dissatisfied with the morley-minto reforms?

bcoz this reforms doesn't contains many Indians in their governance .. so they thought foreigners don't understand their problems like they ..

The Indian nationalists were dissatisfied with the Morley Minto reforms because it specified separate electorate based on the religion.


Also, the number of Indian representative in the council was far less than expected and the Indians could only give advice and do nothing else.  


Voting rights were also not given to the Indians.
