Since all the members of the Jacobin club were from poor families, they considered all people including the richer sections as equal. To maintain equality, they followed a policy of severe control and punishment.

Hey mate !!!! Answer :- The people in Jacobin club was very poor and some rich people. The leader of them was Robesspire. If anyone,had found guilty or practising inequality,they were gullitioned. Jacobin club was found by St jacob in France. Hope this helps :)
