Answer:

The wet clothes dry faster in sun than in shade. This is because the  temperature in during the summer or sunny lights the temperature is very high and the temperature in the shade is comparatively very low.

The rate of evaporation is more in summer as compared to that of shady place.

This is the reason that the water and moisture from the clothes in the sun evaporates faster than in shade.

ANSWER -

Because sun rays penetrate from cloths pores and evaporate water present in fabric hence clothes get dry quickly in Sun rays. While when we kept cloths in shade for dry at that time there is no any sun rays for drying at that time air works for drying.
