Why when lemon juice is added to baking soda , a hissing sound is produced

A hissing sound is heard when baking soda is added to vinegar. ... This is an acid base reaction.baking soda is bicarbonate and vinegar is acetic acid.one of the products produced is carbon dioxide which produces hiss sound.
