Why will a farm not like to employ a worker with ill health? How does it effect the working environment.

As we read in lower classes that, An ill worker is a liability. He / she is likely to make other coworkers also sick if the disease is contagious in nature. Even otherwise the quality and output are bound to be below par.
It will directly effect in production of crops...

Explanation: A farm will not likely employ a person with ill health as working on a farm requires great energy and if the person is ill he might not be able to take care of his/her responsibilities on the farm such as sowing seeds, grinding soil, harvesting etc.
