A view-through conversion is counted when someone sees an image or rich media ad on the Display Network but does not click, and later converts on the site.
View-through conversion metrics is available when a person runs Display network campaign. View-through conversion tracking gives information related to the value of a person's Ad Exchange ads. It offers a measure of the number of online conversions which occurred within 30 days after a user saw looked at an Ad Exchange ad but did not click. A cookie is placed on a user's computer to track the view-through conversions.
