Why yeast is placed in fungi, when it is unicellular?

The reason is

1. Yeast reproduce sexually by forming spores called ascospores
2. Yeast has its cell wall made up of chitin and diploid nuclei like prosita group.

yeast is a fungusbit doesn't matter whether it is uni or multi cellular..
