why yeasts can survive without oxygen?

yeast type of fungi which used  in bekar yeast they have ability to puffing bread by co2

 In yeasts, they undergo glycolysis only, and utilize the ATP (net 2 ATP from glycolysis) as their energy source. They do not undergo Kreb's Cycle of Electron transport because there membranes don't have any electron transport chain. Plus, they do not even need as much ATP/energy as humans do so I guess it is evolutionary advantageous for them not to have the Kreb's Cycle and the electron transport chain. 
That is why yeasts are fermenters. The by product of glycolysis is some sort of alcohol/acid and that's how yeasts are useful reagents for fermentation.
