Zimbawe is a country in which executive power is used which means the head of state as well whole government is the president itself. The president was elected but it was not by the people.Saudi is a country of absolute monarchy in which king/queen takes decisoon according to his/her wish.So the people's is not considered as a wish rather they are violated a lot.
So due to such above cases zimbawe and saudi are non-democratic.
