Why zimbave never cannot be called democratic country

The zimbabwe never cannot be called democratic country because  Since the independence in 1980 from white minority rule , the country is been ruled by a single party i. e ZANU-PF whose starting leader was the main contributor for independence so by this it is the most popular govt. and there rule is authoritative which makes it opposite of democracy and also there is no freedom of speech , expression .Actually there election also held but with cheating and by this  only one party rules every year .
