no they cant survive without plants because the animals which are eaten by them (herbivores)eat plants. so if plants are not there then the herbivores will die and the animals like tiger, wolf, lion, will not get food and will die.

Can Wild animals survive without plants?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Indeed wild animals such as tiger, lion, wolf and leopard do not eat plants, but it does not mean that they can survive without plants.
Usually, wild animals consume other small animals, such as deer, squirrels, Hens, etc. These small animals eat plants for their survival. If plants weren't present, the small animals wouldn't have found their source of food and their number decreases. As the number decreases, the food for wild animals also decreases and as a result they die. Removal of plants would disturb the entire food web.
Thus, we can conclude that Wild animals such as lions, tigers, and leopards are indirectly linked with plants for survival as plants can produce their own food.
