Will benzene decolourise bromine water or not and why?

Benzene doesn't decolorize bromine water Bcoz benzene is an aromatic compound and if it undergoes anti addition with bromine it looses its aromaticity which is not possible.

No,bromine doesn't decolourise bromine water because it is a stable aromatic compund and doesn't react with bromin water.Most of the aromatic compunds don't decolourise bromine water
