No he can't return because MCU makes the plot as per the present and past criteria, the one who is been dead can't be seen in next part, although it may happen that in future movies, iron man past can be shown in other movies, like Black Widows new movie, she has been dead in Avengers Endgame only but her new movie, she acts as a main cast, as it shows her past stories and plot before the happening of Endgame in that movie, although it is made after Endgame.
