will it appropriate to conduct a seminar or a meeting in cafeteria? why or why not?

Answer:
It will not. A cafeteria is usually a public location, but it is being used for your purposes here, and it is not built to conduct a seminar in. And in this seminar or meeting, rather than paying attention to what the speaker says, the attention can sometimes shift to other things like surroundings, that is why a meeting room is limited to minimalism. The size of the area would not be exactly good for people, too small= no room for people and too large= too much echo during the seminar/meeting. Hope it helped in your opinion
