bro I studied from ALLEN KOTA and akash institute is behind allen...si I think I am good to answer this question...
notes by teacher contain tips as well as tricks to solve question fast,and it has also solved questions of some module's answers.
sheet contains stuff from other jee books...
so it is good to study with teacher notes as well as modules but give preference to notes by teacger
