1) Radius of curvature of a convex mirror used on a moving automobile is 2m. A truck is coming behind it at a constant distance of 3m calculate the position, size, nature of the image formed?
2) What are the differences between the virtual image formed by plane, concave and convex Mirror?

Answer:
PLEASE MARK MY ANSWER AS BRAINLEST!!!!!!!!!!!!
Explanation:
1)R = 2 m
f = R/2 = 1 m
u = -3.5 m
We know that
(a) 1/v + 1u = 1/f
⇒ 1/v + 1/(-35) = 1/1
⇒ 1/v = 1 + 1/3.5 = 1 + 10/35 = 1 + 2/7 = 9/7
∴ v = 7/9 = 0.77 m
So, the image is formed 0.77 m behind the mirror.
(b) Now, m = - (v/u) = - (0.77/ (-3.5) = (7/9)/3.5 = 1/4.5
As m is positive, so image formed is virtual and erect.
2)Concave mirror produces real and inverted images (except when the object is between focus and pole),but convex mirror always produces virtual and images,plane mirror produces image just like con vex mirror but image produced is the same size as the object in plane mirror .
DONT FORGET TO MARK ME AS BRAINLEST AS YOU TOLD IN THE QUESTION!!!!!
