Q4) In Caravans, but one is used for
cooking. The gas is stored in Cylinders under pressure. The Gas in the Cylinder is mostly liquid but some of it is gas.

a.)The gas molecules excert a pressure on the inside of the cylinder How do they do this?

b.)Butane cylinders are kept outside the caravans, when the air temperature rises in the summers. what will happen to the pressure inside the cylinder and why will it change?​

Molecules of a gas move randomly. In a sealed container they exert a force when they collide with the container walls and this applies a pressure to the container. If the cylinders heat up enough, their pressure will increase and they will explode. .
